Update broken URLs to zathras test config repository.

Context: the original URLs to the zathras config repo (https://git.com/user/zathras_config) do not direct correctly. There aren't any repositories within redhat-performance that exactly match the name zathras_config, but I think zathras_test_configs might be the current equivalent.

Thank you for that update Greg. Made me think, went and looked at the doc, it is out of sync also. As you are making this change, please make the following in documentation/zathras_doc.adoc
Zathras resides in a RH-internal gitlab repository (change this when moved to github). To install it on your system, issue the following
command:

$ git clone https:// gitlab.zathras.com/dvalin/zathras

irst clone the zathras code

$ git clone https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/dvalin/zathras zathras_exec
Cloning into 'zathras_exec'...
warning: redirecting to https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/dvalin/zathras.git/
